Health literacy is a critically important determinant of health and influenced by access to supportive social networks services. Global investment in education throughout the life course required support development. The aim this review characterize role, responsibilities, optimal setting for emergent role Literacy Mediator (HLM). A scoping recent literature was conducted. revealed lack consensus on who should be teaching literacy, variability confidence when literacy. Professionals reported facing barriers such as time, knowledge, recognized that needs children worldwide are not being met. Further research into HLM determine best suited what their responsibilities will ensure consistent education.
